Advisory board & practice partners

Where your experience is especially useful now

This page does not only collect finished results. It shows which assumptions IncluLearn.AI is currently testing, which practical questions remain open and where feedback can genuinely influence the project.

Current status

Before the funded project starts: test the foundations before they harden

The funded project period starts on 1 October 2026. The preparation phase has already produced user and workflow hypotheses, a vision prototype, evaluation rules, governance and first modular services. This is the point at which terminology, priorities and workflows can still be corrected relatively easily.

The newsroom deliberately distinguishes researched findings, hypotheses still requiring validation and technical functionality that has actually been implemented.

Open subject questions

We do not want to decide these points from the project perspective alone

The following questions come directly from published subject posts. They update automatically when newly reviewed posts contain concrete partner questions.

Ways to contribute

Three types of feedback are especially valuable

Reality-check workflows

Which researched workflows match your practice? Where do time costs, media breaks, quality risks or duplicated work actually occur?

Try prototypes

Is the next step understandable? Are status, review and approval clear? Do core tasks work non-visually and without specialised technical knowledge?

Define quality thresholds

Which errors would be especially critical in teaching, media conversion or examinations? Which decisions should not be automated in your view?

Concrete feedback uses the communication channels agreed within the project. The public newsroom does not collect personal or confidential partner information.

Dossiers

Context instead of isolated updates

Dossiers connect developments that span several posts and work steps.

Preparation phase September 2026: Executive Summary

Status 23 September: before the funded project starts, requirements, research questions, the vision prototype, governance and technical foundations were prepared. This dossier summarises the main findings, open hypotheses and next steps for the project team, advisory board and practice partners.
